Check out this link for a great Blogger's Party coming June 19, 2010, here is a copy from her post of what it's all about.............
2nd Annual Where Bloggers Create party- June 19th, 2010!!!! It’s time again to share your creative spaces!!!
Is your space at the dining room table? Do you have a room of your own? Have you converted a closet? And what do you do in there? What kind of things do you create?
This year is special because Jo Packham and Where Women Create magazine is offering some fabulous prizes!
The first prize is your own feature in Where Women Create magazine! (How cool is that?) Jo Packham herself will pick the winner and boy is it ever a fun experience!
Then we will be offering to 6 random party goers,
2- 1 year subscriptions to Where Women Create magazine
2 -Sets of Jo’s books Where Women Create and The Book of Inspiration
2-WWC charm bracelets
So this is how it will work. If you want to participate leave me a comment on this post. I will add your name to the list of participants on my sidebar. On the night before the party, post your photos and stories about yourselves and your art. (This assures that the early risers or those bloggers in other parts of the world can see your post on time.) We all love lots of pictures so don’t be shy!!!! On the day of the party we will all meet here and you can spend the whole weekend blog hopping to visit everyone’s blogs and get a peak inside all the very wonderful and creative studios!!
It doesn’t matter if your space is big or small, it’s yours and that makes it special!!!
I am definitely going to participate in this one!  Sounds like a lot of fun....

Home Sweet Home!
I have been gone for the last week taking care of my elderly parents.  My mom recently had complete knee replacement surgery and my dad has dementia so it was a very busy week helping them move back home from the care center.   It's a 6 hour drive for me to get their farm and while I was there taking care of them I definitely had withdrawl symptoms!     As I said my folks live on a farm and....you guessed it.....have NO internet!!  It was a challenging week without my cyber friends, LOL!
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who visited my blog while I was gone.  I was completely surprised to find upon my return last night that I had been featured on Karen's blog...The Graphics Fairy Brag Monday page.  Click HERE to see the post.  (Thanks Karen for the continuous supply of free graphics for use in our creations!!)

I have a few things to catch up on for the next day or two, but I definitely have some great things I made recently to show off and will be adding some new free graphics and new recipes this week.  Thanks so much for stopping by, I look forward to visiting with the newbie followers!

So.....until next time.....I wish you Peace....

Post Card Sachets With Charm
I had so much fun making these!  I started off with some free graphics I got at the Graphics Fairy.
(You can get to her site by clicking on the link in the right sidebar.)
I used my printer (a Canon i860) to print the graphics on muslin fabric, (see instructions on how to do this with your printer on my TGIF page) then sewed a back on and stuffed them with lavender buds.
Loved the way the first one turned out so just had to make another one with a little different design.
The charms are made from real stamps that have been sandwiched
between two pieces of 1 X 1 inch glass that I then soldered together.
This is the back side of the charm.
Simply Charming....don't you think??
I thought these would make a great gift for Mother's Day!  Two gifts in one, a charm for a necklace or bracelet and a sachet to set out or tuck into a drawer or closet.
Don't forget to check out the TGIF page (at the top of this page) for how-to instructions for printing on fabric using your computer printer.  Until next time......I wish  you peace.....
